Reform Social & Grill re-launches The Grill this Spring/Summer. Based around the Josper Oven, the hottest indoor barbeque existing, and a Chef’s must-have, this new menu brings a fish and meat menu that will bring the Summer indoors.
With the heat going up to 500 degrees, you’ll never view your steak the same way again as cooked by Head Chef Serge Neale. At this heat, there is little margin for error and Reform cooks its new Grill Menu to perfection. Head Chef Serge places a strong importance on provenance in the menu, available for diners to find out, using seasonal ingredients, all British sourced from small farms. Go for the Chef’s favourite ‘LAND AND SEA’ combining the Butcher’s Steak, Beer Battered King Prawns and Herefordshire Snails; or choose from four Butcher’s Steak, Rib Eye ‘Longhorn’, Sirloin or Fillet on the bone; Devon Ruby Red Short Rib Cheese Burger, Grilled South Coast Plaice, Native Lobster Burger, Rare Breed Pork Rib Rack. Alternatively, refreshing vegetarian options include the Watts Farm Asparagus and White Stilton Salad, and mushroom and pumpkin masala.
